Open Facebook messenger:

Now Select a conversation. Tap the conversation from which you want to download a video to open the conversation.

Now Find a video. Scroll through the conversation until you find the personal video that you want to save.

Now Simply Tap and hold the video. Doing so will prompt a menu to appear at the bottom of the screen.

All done your video will be saved in your phones Gallery
