Regards & Admiration for the (BWO)Bhamba Welfare Orginazation (NGO working in Bhamba Kalaan, Kasur , Punjab Pakistan).
My mission is not only for the welfare of a family but also for the whole society.I heartily devote myself for the education & betterment of Bhamba.
  So I want to see our society like a golden & global village,not only in future but also in present.
🤔Here is a thought provoking point.
🤔How we can improve education level in our village.
🖎Let's i tell u.
              It's possible not only through a single person but also with the compromise of whole society.
👉How we motivate our society for educational progress.
☆ First of all we should vanished different problems about education which r facing rural areas especially Bhamba.
❤AlhamdulalAllah I'm teacher
 So I know different restrictions which become the source of trouble for educational level.
🖎I pointed out below👎 these restrictions
☆Lack of Guidness
☆Lack of Practical
☆Lack of travelling 
     resources
☆Lack of satisfactory
     environment
☆ Poverty
👉 In our society mostly forefathers r backward or they give less importance to girls study  mostly after secondary level.
Because  they give no permit them for professional life in every field like boys.
They say that our society doesn't permit them to teach girls
But infect we learn them that society create through different people & their thoughts.
Because....
 •We should change yourself for social changing.
¤Or on the other side mostly boys give less time to study & more to farm. So due to this carelessness they miss many school activities.
¤we should guide them to participate in sports or other activities like essay writing.
Because sports create physical fitness
👉We should motivate them
 #A sound body has a
      sound mind#
We should guide parents for the
             "BRIGHT FUTURE"
¤Our mission is not only guide students but also to parents,when we guide them than society will be successful.
👉Mostly in our village school teachers give more stress to theory instead of Practical.
This is huge weakness in rural areas.
Student learn  more through practical instead of theory.
We should ready them for a " PRACTICAL LIFE"
👉Many students droup study due to long distance who live in farms.
We should try to provide vehicle for picking & droping students.
¤This is possible through the compromise of whole society.
👉Mostly in villages school buildings especially rooms r narrow & short so students limit is more.
I'm this situation students feel uneasy.
We should stress on internal condition of different school for peaceful environment.
👉Poverty is main thing.   Some parents r not afford their children for study due to the lack of financial condition.
We  should help them
Because ...
     DO GOOD & HAVE GOOD.
BWO (Bhamba Welfare Organization) give moral lesson that we should do good for others & participate for the welfare of student because these present students will become future leader.
I believe that:

    An ideal teacher create an ideal society through an ideal student.#Because a teacher is a role model for society#🌷I request every teacher & whole society be positive & go ahead for the progress of our society.

Parents should be equally join us.
Because...

            Let's go ahead towards the destination like passenger
Whom aim is only reach on destination and who don't become the source of trouble for others.
🌹It means participate (BWO)as thinking your responsibility & achieve this goal at any coast.
🌷I invite whole society for BWO
Come to learn & Go to serve.
Be positive with everyone.
